These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern the use of www.beautyxbodyco.ca (the “Site”). The Site is owned and operated by Jennifer Dugan and is an e-commerce website.
By using this Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms at all times.
- Intellectual Property
All content published and made available on the Site is the property of Jennifer Dugan and the Site’s creators. This includes, but is not limited to, images, text, logos, documents, downloadable files, and any materials contributing to the composition of the Site.
- Sale of Goods and Services
These Terms govern the sale of all goods and services available on the Site.

- Custom facials
- Dermaplaning
- Chemical peels
- Microneedling

- Post-operative lymphatic drainage
All services must be paid in full at the time of booking.
These Terms apply to all goods and services displayed on the Site, including items listed as out of stock. While we strive to ensure that all descriptions, images, and information are accurate, we do not guarantee their completeness or accuracy. You agree to purchase and use our goods and services at your own risk.
We reserve the right to modify, reject, or cancel any order at our discretion. If an order is cancelled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued. You are responsible for monitoring your payment method to confirm receipt of any refund.
- Card on File & Cancellation Policy
By booking an appointment with Beauty x Body Co., you agree to the following:
- A valid credit card is required to secure all appointments.
- By providing your card details, you authorize Beauty x Body Co. to charge your card in accordance with this policy.
We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a $50 late cancellation fee.
- No-show appointments (failure to attend without notice) will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.
By booking, you acknowledge and agree that your card on file may be charged automatically for applicable fees.
These policies are in place to respect both client and business time. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.
- Subscriptions
Subscriptions do not automatically renew. You will be notified before your next payment is due and must authorize payment to continue.
All subscription payments are non-refundable.
- Payments
We accept the following payment methods:

- Debit
- Interac e-Transfer
By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable amount to your selected payment method.
We reserve the right to cancel or reverse any transaction if we believe it violates these Terms or any applicable law.
- Shipping and Delivery
Goods will be delivered via standard postal service.
- Estimated delivery time: 5–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Delivery timelines do not include weekends or statutory holidays.
Shipping costs are additional and will be displayed at checkout.
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information. We are not liable for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.
- Consumer Protection Law
Where applicable consumer protection legislation cannot be excluded, these Terms will not limit your legal rights. In the event of a conflict, mandatory legal provisions will prevail.
- Limitation of Liability
Jennifer Dugan and all affiliated parties (including directors, officers, employees, agents, subsidiaries, and affiliates) will not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from your use of the Site.
- Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jennifer Dugan and all affiliated parties from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
- Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta.
- Additional Terms
- All sales are final. No refunds will be issued.
- Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be removed. All remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
- Changes
These Terms may be updated periodically to reflect changes in legal requirements or business operations. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or through a notice on the Site.
